Everyone has days that need a little extra “oomph” to get going out the door. I am no exception! For myself, I created an original wood art key rack. Just a little reminder that gives me a small confidence boost every time I walk out the door.
I don’t know about you, but some days are hard to get up and out and face the world. I had a moment of clarity where I accepted my fears and decided to do something about it. Just like with “You are Amazing”, I wanted something for myself as a reminder that positive self-talk is paramount to living a healthy life.
The phrase, “I am Worthy” is a direct statement that I felt I needed. In order for me to live a more positive life, I wanted to counteract the incessant inner monologue of negativity. I had a specific reason to make it into a key rack. As a result, every time I have to walk out the door, the last thing I say to myself is “I am Worthy”.
